Chilton Cantelo School

Entry Procedure

Admission is by interview and assessment. The Headmaster will consider recent academic (or other relevant) report and judge whether the applicant will benefit from the broad education offered and will in turn make a contribution to the life of the school.

Where possible, prospective pupils are encouraged to spend two consecutive taster days with us, during which some diagnostic testing may be conducted. Prospective pupils are not required to sit a formal entrance examination.

Entry may be at any age and at any stage during the academic year, subject to the availability of places. Pupils from the Preparatory Department will ordinarily join the Senior School (11-16) as a matter of course.
